How do we ensure our products quality?

Most of our products have cor-respective certificate and test report. Each products are tested after production and before dispatch. The excellent warranty service is your stronger back up.
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide, except to Russia. We ship via Express Shipping to avoid lost and delayed parcels.
What is the delivery time?

All orders will be arranged to ship out within 24 hours. Your products are shipped by courier express, door step delivery within 5 - 7 working days.
Can I return my item for a refund?

- All returns need to be initiated within 30 days of the ship date. - Once we have verified your return, a Store Credit will be issued to your account. Your Store Credit is valid 1 year from date of issue. We do not provide free return shipping labels. Customers are liable for return shipping back to us. Please note that all returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a return, drop an email to us at admin@johnaaronmktg.com and we’ll assist you with the refund process.
